GREEN GUARD UNDERLAY
Recycled underlay Made in Spain with your old carpet

Projects & Applications

Green Guard Underlay is designed to support sustainable refurbishment projects across cruise ships, hotels and commercial interiors.

Our circular underlay transforms end-of-life carpets, mattresses and interior textiles into a practical solution for new carpet installations. Through collaboration with shipowners, designers, contractors and hospitality partners, we aim to integrate circular materials into real interior projects where durability, comfort and sustainability are required.

Each project represents an opportunity to rethink waste and turn it into value.

Developing solutions with our partners

Every refurbishment project is different. For this reason, Green Guard Underlay is developed with flexibility in mind.

We work closely with clients to understand the specific needs of each project and explore how circular materials can be integrated into new installations. Our approach combines sustainability with practical performance requirements such as durability, logistics and ease of installation.

Our team continuously works on improving the material and exploring new possibilities to adapt the product to different project conditions.

Product formats

Green Guard Underlay is available in two roll widths depending on the requirements of each project.

Standard width

A practical format designed for flexible handling and installation, particularly suitable for areas where manoeuvrability and easy transport are important.

Wide format

A wider roll format designed for larger installation areas. This format reduces the number of rolls required, improves installation efficiency and minimises the number of joints in the carpet system.

Both formats maintain the same circular material composition and performance while providing flexibility for different project conditions.

Recent Circular Projects

Below are images from some of our latest projects, where end-of-life carpets, mattresses and other interior textiles were collected as part of a project carried out with our partner  OceanCircle, before being transformed and prepared for installation as Green Guard Underlay.
